This extra step of personal customer service allows us to answer any questions you may have about your purchase, as well as to verify final shipping arrangements and details, costs and transit times.

If you experience difficulties, rudeness, excessive damage or any service that is “noteworthy” (good or bad) with your courier we’d like to know about it – it’s important to us to use only those couriers who appreciate our business and treat our customers with respect.

SPECIAL SHIPPING SITUATIONS:
Due to unique weight and size, certain items MAY incur additional shipping charges, in addition to the standard shipping charge. Such items MAY include speaker cabinets, amplifiers, cases and racks.
GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Our daily cut off for same-day shipping is 11:00am pacific. If you order after 11:00am pacific, your order will ship out the following BUSINESS day (Monday through Friday in most cases).
If you want SATURDAY delivery, especially if you are ordering late on a Thursday or Friday, you MUST e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. Otherwise, your item will most likely be shipped for Monday delivery.
As with all of your orders with ProAudiosuppliers.com, a member of our team will contact you (normally within twenty four  hours of your order) to solidify your shipping preferences and arrangements; upon your approval, final shipping charges will be calculated and charged to your order separately.
